Today was the first day in class, working with both second classes and their teachers Pat and Sarah.. The idea for the project is to create work for the garden outside by the playground- Works that are durable for outdoors and fun to look at - to create a sensory garden. The first artworks we created today working individually on the caterpillars or worms for the first hour, then the second hour working in groups on the flowers. Lots of fun ideas from the children... We have yet to paint the worms although the flowers look colourful and are ready for the garden..
